Welcome to the Snow family blog. As we reflect on our lives we see God's hand in the many extras that He provides. There are times that we don't recognize His extra blessings, but He promises that all things work together for good. As you read we encourage you to pause and recognize God's goodness in your life and the extras He gives to you. God is surely good. Be sure to leave a comment and let us know you visited!

Hello Connie! My name is Annmarie Fisher, I have a 9 year old and 2 1/2 year old nephew with Down Syndrome, I adore them and love them with all my heart and soul. My sister and I went to the National Down Syndrome Congress in Boston this past July and we had such an awesome time. I wanted to start an online group for families, relatives, and friends of children and adults with Down Syndrome so we can be an online family to one another to support each other, share stories, information, etc. I would love for you to join us at: http://intdownsorg.ning.com/
Thank you in advance for checking out the site and I hope to see you on there to talk more about Elly, she is so adorable! :)
In love and light!~Annmarie

Hi Connie and Family;

What a wonderful thing to wake up to on a Monday morning! Your family is beautiful and obviously very blessed! Uncle Jay and Harriet also look great. How nice it must be to be able to spend time together. One must always cherish that!

Our family is doing great! Nick just turned 11 and Madi will be 8 in May. They are actually enjoying school even though Nick says that "they pile on the homework way too much"! He is anxiously waiting for middle school next year because people tell him that the homework is way less. I guess we'll see about that!

We have had a very abnormal winter this year with cold weather and three weekends in a row of major snow. The kids absolutely love it and have been having a great time sledding and skiing.

Neal had some major surgery at the beginning of January but is on the road to recovery. His mom came out for three weeks to help out which was very nice of her! Neal's recovery has been slow but he has turned the corner now and is getting his life back on track a little bit. He has gone back to work a couple of days a week and we can see that he is definatley getting stonger day by day! We are all very thankful for that!

I love your blog so keep it coming!

Love in Friendship,

Barb, Neal, Nick & Madi

Hi!! I was a student in the Society and Morality class that you visited with Elly. (I was the one she kept playing peek-a-boo with in the front row) I just wanted you to know that it was such a blessing to have you come and spread awareness about people with Down Syndrome. There is such a stigma toward them sometimes, and it was so great to see my classmates understand that Elly is just as wonderful and special and bright as any other two year old (if not more so!!). Thank you so much for sharing your time and your struggles with us. It was so appreciated.
    Praying for God's richest blessings on your family,
          Jess Nordman
