In preparation for Sunday’s Super Bowl XLI, Chicago Bears vs. Indianapolis Colts, Overwhelmed with Joy’s Favorite Ingredients Friday recipe exchange is having a second edition of Super Bowl Sunday party recipes!

The Spaghetti Pizza recipe we are sharing was recently enjoyed by family members aged 2 to 87! Miss Clara ( age 8 ) was assistant chef for this fun main course which is festive enough for a Super Bowl Party!

Spaghetti Pizza

Ingredients:

6 cups cooked spaghetti

3 eggs, lightly beaten

1/3 cup milk

1 jar (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce

1 polska kielbasa cut into slices or Italian sausage

1 jar (6 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)

1 can (2 ¼ ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained (optional)

2 ½ cups (10 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

In a bowl, combine spaghetti, eggs and milk. Spread into a greased 15 X 10 X 1 in. baking pan. Top with spaghetti sauce, sausage, mushrooms, olives and cheese. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and pizza is heated through.
