This is a favorite new recipe around our house.  Yummy, quick, and easy it’ll warm you right up!!

 

Creamy Tomato and Tortellini Soup

  • 1 lg. can (26 oz.) Campbells Tomato Soup
  • 1 c. half and half (we use fat-free because it’s Jan!)and water to fill soup can
  • 2 Tbsp. Choped (fine) fresh basil
  • fresh ground pepper (to taste)
  • pinch of dried oregano
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package regrigerated tortellini

Put all ingrediends in pot, except tortellini.  Bring to a simmer, stirring often.  Add tortellini and cook until heated through and it reaches desired tenderness.
